In der Enzymologie ist eine Glycerin-3-phosphat-Oxidase (EC 1.1.3.21) ein Enzym, das die chemische Reaktion katalysiert: sn-Glycerin 3-phosphat + O2↔ Glyceronphosphat + H2O2. Somit sind die beiden Substrate dieses Enzyms sn-Glycerin 3-phosphat und O2, während seine beiden Produkte Glyceronphosphat und H2O2 sind.
