Alpha-N-arabinofuranosidase ist ein Enzym mit dem Systemnamen alpha-L-arabinofuranoside arabinofuranohydrolase. Dieses Enzym katalysiert die folgende chemische Reaktion: Hydrolyse von terminalen nicht-reduzierenden alpha-L-arabinofuranosid-Resten in alpha-L-arabinosiden. Das Enzym wirkt auf alpha-L-arabinofuranoside, alpha-L-arabinanen mit (1,3)- und/oder (1,5)-Verknüpfungen, Arabinoxylane und Arabinogalactane.
